1. Educational Information Only; No Professional Relationship
This Workshop/Training provides general educational information about topics related to operating a private practice. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, insurance, compliance, or clinical advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a licensed professional who is familiar with your specific circumstances and the laws and rules of your licensing board and location of business operation. Registering for or attending this workshop does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, consultant-client, supervisory, or clinical relationship between you and Private Practice Cents LLC or Amy Neal. Any questions answered live or in chat are addressed generally, for educational purposes, and are not individualized advice.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Nothing presented in this workshop/training is a promise or guarantee of any particular outcome, including successfully opening or growing a private practice, revenue, caseload, licensure approval, insurance panel acceptance, or business success. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort, market conditions, the requirements of your licensing jurisdiction, and circumstances specific to your practice.
3. Live Format; Recording, Replay, and Marketing Use
This workshop/training is presented live over a third-party video platform (Zoom or Google Meet) and is recorded. By registering and attending, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
· Replay access. A recording of the workshop/training will be made available to registered attendees as a replay for 1 year after the live session, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, republish, or post the replay publicly.
· Marketing use. Because this is a group session, your image, voice, name, and any questions or comments you share on camera, by microphone, or in the chat may be captured in the recording. We may use the recording — in whole or as edited excerpts — in future marketing for Private Practice Cents LLC.
· Opting out of marketing use. If you do not want your image, voice, name, or comments used in future marketing, keep your camera off, use a chat display name that does not identify you, and email amy@privatepracticecents.com before the workshop/training/training so we can make reasonable efforts to exclude your visible or audible contributions from any footage we reuse publicly.
4. Confidentiality Among Participants
This is a group workshop/training, and other attendees may share their own practice details, questions, or experiences during Q&A or in the chat. As a courtesy norm, you agree not to record, screenshot, share, or repeat what other attendees disclose during the session outside of the group. That said, because this is a live group format, we cannot guarantee that other attendees will honor this norm, and Private Practice Cents LLC and Amy Neal are not responsible for another attendee's disclosure or use of information shared during the workshop.
5. Technology and Platform Requirements
This workshop/training is hosted on Zoom. You are responsible for having a compatible device, a current version of the platform's app or browser, and a stable internet connection. Your use of Zoom is also subject to that platform's own terms of service and privacy policy, which are outside of our control.
If a technical issue on our end prevents the live session from starting or continuing as scheduled, we will reschedule the session or provide you with a recorded replay at no additional cost. We are not responsible for technical issues on your end (such as your internet connection, device, or software); a missed or incomplete session due to a technical issue on your end does not entitle you to a refund, though your replay access under Section 3 remains available.
6. Payment; All Sales Final; Replay Access
Payment for this workshop/training is processed through Kit. All sales are final once purchased. Because your purchase includes replay access as described in Section 3, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including if you do not attend the live session, arrive late, or are unable to finish the workshop/training for reasons within your control.
If Private Practice Cents LLC cancels or reschedules the workshop, you will be moved to the new date at no additional cost or, if you prefer, receive a full refund.
This live-workshop/training payment and refund policy is specific to live workshops and controls over the general refund terms in our Terms of Purchase for this product.
7. Assumption of Risk; Limitation of Liability
By registering for and attending this workshop/training, you accept these terms and assume all risk associated with your participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Private Practice Cents LLC and Amy Neal are not liable for any loss, damage, penalty, regulatory action, or claim arising from your registration for, attendance at, or reliance on, this workshop/training, as further described in our Disclaimer.
8. Your Obligations Remain Your Own
Licensing, scope-of-practice, supervision, recordkeeping, informed consent, HIPAA and state privacy compliance, and other requirements vary by state, licensure type, and practice structure. You are solely responsible for confirming what applies to you with your own attorney, tax professional, licensing board, and other qualified professionals.
9. Related Policies; Governing Law
This workshop/training is also governed by our Terms of Purchase (payment terms, including the Section 6 carve-out above), our Disclaimer, and our Privacy Policy, all available at www.privatepracticecents.com. See Section 24 (Governing Law, Venue, and Dispute Resolution) of our Terms and Conditions of Use, which applies equally to any dispute arising out of or relating to this workshop/training.
