Private Practice Cents LLC provides educational business resources, templates, trainings, and consultation services for mental health professionals and individuals exploring or operating a private practice. We are not providing psychotherapy, crisis services, or medical care through this Website. We collect information that you provide directly to us, information collected automatically when you use the Website, and information we receive from service providers and other third parties that help us operate our business.

Purchase and account information

When you purchase a digital product, course, subscription, membership, or other offering through our storefront(s) on Payhip, Squarespace, and/or Kit http://private-practice-cents-2.kit.com/ that platform and its payment-processing partners may collect information needed to process the transaction and provide access to your purchase. This may include your name, email address, billing information, payment status, order history, product-access information, and subscription status.

We generally do not receive or store your complete payment-card number. Payment information is handled by the applicable store platform (Payhip, Squarespace, or Kit) and its payment-processing partners, including Stripe where applicable, under their applicable terms and privacy policies.

Squarespace contact forms

We may use Squarespace contact forms to collect information you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, business or practice name, and message. We use this information to respond to inquiries and operate our business.

Google Forms

We may link to or use Google Forms for registrations, feedback, waitlists, resource delivery, business-related inquiries, or consultation requests. Information you submit through Google Forms is collected and processed by Google under its own privacy practices.

Google Calendar scheduling

We may use or link to Google Calendar or Google appointment scheduling pages to let visitors schedule consultations. If you schedule an appointment, Google may collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and selected appointment time. When we embed a YouTube video, we use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed mode (the youtube-nocookie.com domain) where reasonably available. This delays most YouTube cookies from being set until you actively press play, rather than as soon as the page loads. It does not eliminate data collection: loading a page with an embed still sends your IP address and browser information to Google, and once you press play, YouTube (Google) may collect information about your device, browser, and interaction with the embedded player and set the cookies described in the Cookies and Analytics section above.

Please do not submit client names, dates of birth, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, diagnoses, treatment details, session content, progress notes, psychotherapy notes, health insurance information, medical information, or other identifying client information through this Website, Squarespace contact forms, Google Forms, Google Calendar scheduling pages, email, Payhip product reviews or messages, Kit forms or emails, or any other general business or educational communication channel.
