Kit processes information under its own privacy practices; we encourage you to review Kit’s privacy policy before submitting information through a Kit form.
4. Forms and Scheduling
Squarespace contact forms
We may use Squarespace contact forms to collect information you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, business or practice name, and message. We use this information to respond to inquiries and operate our business.
Google Forms
We may link to or use Google Forms for registrations, feedback, waitlists, resource delivery, business-related inquiries, or consultation requests. Information you submit through Google Forms is collected and processed by Google under its own privacy practices.
Google Calendar scheduling
We may use or link to Google Calendar or Google appointment scheduling pages to let visitors schedule consultations. If you schedule an appointment, Google may collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and selected appointment time. Please review Google’s privacy policy and use discretion when providing information through Google Calendar or Google Forms.
5. Purchases and Storefronts
We sell digital products, downloads, courses, subscriptions, memberships, and related customer access through our storefront(s) on Payhip, Squarespace, and/or Kit — we may offer different Products through different platforms at different times. When you purchase through one of these platforms, your information may be collected and processed by that platform, its payment processors, and other providers involved in completing the transaction, delivering the product, preventing fraud, handling applicable taxes, and administering membership or account access.
We may receive purchase-related information from the applicable store platform, such as your name, email address, product purchased, payment status, order date, and subscription or membership status. We use this information to fulfill orders, provide access, deliver customer support, send transactional communications, and maintain business records.
6. Cookies and Analytics
We use necessary cookies and similar technologies to securely operate the Website and provide core functionality. With your consent, we may use Squarespace analytics and performance cookies to understand general Website traffic and activity, including pages viewed, referring sources, browser or device information, approximate location, and general interactions.
We may also link to or embed third-party services, including Google Calendar, Google Forms, our storefronts on Payhip, Squarespace, and/or Kit, and YouTube. Depending on how you interact with those services, the applicable provider may use its own cookies or tracking technologies under its own privacy policy.
For example, when you play an embedded YouTube video on our Website, YouTube (Google) may set cookies such as VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE, YSC, and PREF, and, in some cases, advertising-related cookies such as IDE. These cookies are not strictly necessary for the Website to function and fall within the “non-essential” or “media/marketing” category of our cookie banner, where available.
You may manage non-essential cookie preferences — including cookies associated with embedded YouTube videos — through our cookie banner, where available, and through your browser settings. Squarespace distinguishes between cookies necessary for core functionality and analytics/performance cookies used to understand traffic; its cookie-banner settings can be configured to obtain consent for non-essential cookies before they are set.
For more detail about the specific cookies we use, their purposes, and how to manage your preferences, see our separate Cookie Policy, available on the Website.
7. Behavioral Advertising
We may use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. For more information about how targeted advertising works, you can visit the Network Advertising Initiative’s educational page athttps://thenai.org/about-online-advertising/.
You can opt out of targeted advertising through the following platforms:
Meta:https://accountscenter.facebook.com/ads
Google:https://www.google.com/settings/ads/anonymous
TikTok:https://www.tiktok.com/support/faq_detail?id=7543597461579881016&category=web_account
Additionally, you can opt out of some of these services through the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out portal at http://optout.aboutads.info/.
8. YouTube and Third-Party Links
The Website may include links to third-party websites or services, including Google, our storefronts on Payhip, Squarespace, and/or Kit, and YouTube, and we may embed videos hosted by YouTube. Third-party websites and services operate under their own privacy policies and terms; we do not control their privacy practices and are not responsible for their content, security, or handling of information. We encourage you to review the applicable third party’s privacy policy before providing personal information or interacting with its services.
When we embed a YouTube video, we use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed mode (the youtube-nocookie.com domain) where reasonably available. This delays most YouTube cookies from being set until you actively press play, rather than as soon as the page loads. It does not eliminate data collection: loading a page with an embed still sends your IP address and browser information to Google, and once you press play, YouTube (Google) may collect information about your device, browser, and interaction with the embedded player and set the cookies described in the Cookies and Analytics section above.
Our Privacy Policy applies only to our Website. We are not responsible for the data collection, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party site that we link to or that links to our site.
9. How We Share Your Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients
Service providers: companies that help us host and operate the Website, manage forms, send email, process payments, provide scheduling, deliver products, store information, conduct analytics, provide technical support, or otherwise operate our business — including Squarespace, Payhip, Kit, Google, YouTube, and payment-processing providers such as Stripe.
Professional advisors: attorneys, accountants, insurers, tax professionals, and other advisors when reasonably necessary for business, legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or compliance purposes

With your direction or consent: when you request or authorize us to share information.
We do not sell personal information for money. Depending on your state of residence, some laws define "sale" or "share" broadly enough to include certain advertising or analytics cookies (see Behavioral Advertising above); if applicable, the opt-out links provided in that section let you limit this activity. We do not knowingly use personal information collected through this Website to make decisions about healthcare eligibility, clinical treatment, employment, housing, credit, or insurance.
